Backbends and Inversions
One time only, September 12
Take your backbends and inversions to new heights! Let Brianna show you how to safely and effectively practice poses like wheel, camel, headstand and handstand. Inversions and backbends are a great way to take your practice to new levels. All levels welcome. This class is a one-time workshop on September 12 from 3:00 - 4:30 PM. Women on Weights
Beginning September 13 for eight sessions
Women on Weights is an 8-week program designed to help women learn more about resistance training and its benefits. Proper technique, program design, and weekly challenges will be emphasized. You’llmeet with a certified personal trainer twice a week for one hour. A complimentary fitness assessment is included in the program. Sessions begin September 13 and are twice weekly. Choose from Monday/Wednesday or Tuesday/Thursday. The cost is $120 for members or $160 for program participants. Teens in Training
Beginning October 6 for eight sessions
Teens, here's your chance to take a special fitness class just for you! In this class, you'll get to learn the proper technique for using the Y fitness equipment and get tips for exercises like the squat, lunge, plyometrics and more! This class meets on Wednesday evenings from 4:00 - 5:00 From October 6 till November 10. The cost is $60 for members or $80 for program participants. SCHOLARSHIPS ARE AVAILABLE.
